  • How do I use the DVR feature?
    Join the live racing excitement at any point and start watching from the beginning with our new DVR feature. Pause and rewind live races up to 12 hours on supported web, iOS, and Android devices. To use, simply click on the Pause or Rewind buttons displayed on the video player.
  • Can I watch from different devices at the same time?
    You can log in and watch content simultaneously on up to 2 devices. This includes any combination of our applications and browser tabs or windows in your computer. If you receive an error saying you have exceeded your maximum logins, please log out of any open sessions and try again. If you continue to have issues, please get in touch with Customer Support.
  • Can I stream using my iPhone or iPad?
    Yes, is available for download from the Apple App Store.
  • Can I watch via the browser on my television?
    On Amazon Fire, Apple TV, and supported Sony and Samsung TVs using Android TV
  • Which devices can I use to watch
    You can access on your computer via a supported web browser or watch any one of the following supported devices: iOS, Android, Apple TV, Samsung TVs and Sony TVs using Android TV or Roku.
  • Does support high definition streaming?

  • What are the minimum connection requirements to access

  • I am receiving a "Network Failure " error when I try to load a video.

  • My payment was rejected. What can I do?
    It might be that your bank is refusing the payment, so you may try to contact them (see phone number at the back of your card). Alternatively, please try to use a different payment method.
  • How do I enter a promo code?
    Promotional codes are only valid for redemption on Please enter your promotional code on the payment screen for redemption.
  • Can I gift or assign my subscription to someone else?
    No, we currently do not support the purchase of gift subscriptions for others.
  • What browsers do you support? is optimized to be viewed on the latest version of Firefox, Chrome, or Safari browsers. Internet Explorer and smart tv browsers are not supported.
  • Can I purchase a specific race or video without subscribing to
    No. Users can either purchase an Event Pass or Season Pass to access content. Each subscription provides users with access to all content on and applications.
  • How can I get a refund?
    No refunds or exchanges. Event, date and time are subject to change. Duplicate purchases or purchases errors can be resolved by contacting support.
  • How do I create an account?
    Users will need a valid account and subscription in order to watch premium content.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express on You can also purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Roku Channel Store.

  • How do I use my discount as a NHRA member?
    All NHRA members get a 25% discount. This cannot be combined with any other promo codes or discounts.
  • Once I sign up, will my subscription be automatically renewed when it expires?
    Yes, you will be automatically renewed at the subscription price you purchased. If you do not want to be automatically renewed you have the option to cancel anytime before your renewal date, listed in your account profile.
  • What do I get with my subscription?
    All subscriptions offer access to exclusive NHRA live and on-demand racing content. Event schedules subject to change
  • Technical Support support is available before, during and after the event. Due to high traffic just before and during the event, critical requests will be handled first, so please moderate your questions and only send if very urgent. Please try not to send multiple requests.
  • How will I know if there is a weather delay or schedule change?
    Please check the live stream for updates on rain delays, schedule changes, or any technical difficulties at the track.
  • I have problems accessing the content I previously bought. What can I do?
    There are a few options that are available: • Option 1: Search your email inbox for a receipt from NHRA.TV. Have a look at your Spam/Junk folder. Once found, click on the link inside the description and re-enter your credentials if necessary. Make sure you use the same email address as you did for your initial purchase. • Option 2: Clear your browser cache. You can find how to do it here. Then follow Option 1. • Option 3: If it still doesn't work, contact NHRA.TV technical support here to find out if your transaction went through.
  • I'm having issues watching the LIVE event, what can I do?
    Please check your Internet connection and ensure that you have a valid subscription.
  • What if I purchased an event pass for a postponed event?
    Weekend pass holders will be granted access to the postponed event at the determined rescheduled date.
  • Why can't I access or it's apps?
    Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet and ensure that you are logged in with a valid subscription.
  • When will the on-demand version of a live event be available to watch?
    In most cases, the full on-demand replay of a race will be available on the website and apps within hours of the event's conclusion.
  • Can I watch live content on my mobile devices?
    Yes, you can stream all live and on-demand content from the iOS and Android applications.
  • Which video content can I watch with my subscription?
    Both Event and Annual Passes provide users access to all on-demand and live racing content on and applications.
  • Can I watch from outside of the United States?
    Yes, users can access via their web browser from all countries. The iOS, Android, and Roku applications are only available for download in the United States, Canada, UK, and Australia.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    If you purchased directly on web browser, navigate to my account and press Cancel my subscription under the subscription management tab.
  • What is your refund policy?
    No refunds or exchanges. Event, date and time are subject to change
  • How do I change my account password?
    To update your password, log in on with a valid account. Click on the dropdown in the top-right section of the main menu. Click on My Account from the dropdown and then click on the link labeled Change next to your password in the My Profile section. You will need your current password in order to make any changes.
  • How do I manage my subscription on my Android device?
    If you wish to make changes to your subscription purchased from the Google Play Store, please follow the instructions here.
  • How do I manage my subscription on my iOS device?

  • I'm unable to sign in to my account.
    Having login issues? Check that you are logging in using the correct email address associated with your account. Check your password. Passwords are case-sensitive. Forgot your password? Click this link to reset your password:
  • How do I update my email address?
    To update your email address, log in on with a valid account. Click on the dropdown in the top-right section of the main menu. Click on My Account from the dropdown and then click on the link labeled Update next to the My Profile section. Please enter a valid email address and click on the Save button
